Full time plant lady, part time designer

Background

My name is Fiona and I'm originally from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

I started out my UX journey as a researcher, and transitioned into design strategy as a consultant. As a consultant, I help Fortune 500 companies establish their first ever design thinking center of excellence and provide visual and strategic UX guidance. 🕶️

Currently, I'm a founding designer at Launchpad, overseeing end-to-end visual, interaction and user experience design and strategy.

Interests

I'm passionate about integrating Gen AI into my design processes to enhance creativity and efficiency. I also love mentoring junior designers to accelerate their careers!

When I’m not designing, writing, or mentoring, I am most likely traveling, trying weird foods or teaching others how to care for their houseplants. My favorite houseplant is my beloved monstera deliciousa, which I have saved as my lock screen. 🌿🌱
